Update Sleeping timing

These are the following sleep timings
I will follow for now
PM
1 o'clock for about 20 mins
5 o'clock for about 20 mins
9 o'clock for about 20 mins

AM

1 o'clock for about 20 mins
5 o'clock for about 20 mins
9 o'clock for about 20 mins

First time slept for 20 min

It wasn't as bad people said it would have been. However it took some time for me actually to get into a deep sleep. To fall sleep quickly don't play music and find a cozy warm place to sleep. Last of all my last suggestions to viewers is when you put that timer for 25 min don't open your eyes when sleeping, this is because if you open your eyes you'll take longer to sleep. I truly do feel energized and more concentrated to do my work.  

For my viewers this is a video from you tube which give a detailed explanation about Uberman Sleep. In this video a man is put into a 49 day experiment which deals with the Uberman sleep. Okay i not going to spoil the video for you guys so enjoy and i hope it informs your about things you didn't know.

My First Blog

I have decided to follow and practice this Uberman sleep schedule. I don't know if it will work and i don't know if it will harm my health in any way. After researching for about an 1 hour i got the basic concepts of how the sleeping schedule will work. The Uberman sleep schedule consists of 6 intervals  of 20-25 min sleep. It is said that even though you get less sleep than Monophasic sleepers the amount of REM sleep you get is about the same. Monophasic sleepers sleep for about 8 hours but in that period the first six hours is just waste the last two are what really count. This seems like a fun interesting goal and i am willing to commit to the schedule.

The Uberman sleeping schedule has a lot of benefits and that is what i  need now since it is exam time for me and i need to prepare for the torture which is soon to come.
