It wasn't as bad people said it would have been. However it took some time for me actually to get into a deep sleep. To fall sleep quickly don't play music and find a cozy warm place to sleep. Last of all my last suggestions to viewers is when you put that timer for 25 min don't open your eyes when sleeping, this is because if you open your eyes you'll take longer to sleep. I truly do feel energized and more concentrated to do my work.
