My First Blog

I have decided to follow and practice this Uberman sleep schedule. I don't know if it will work and i don't know if it will harm my health in any way. After researching for about an 1 hour i got the basic concepts of how the sleeping schedule will work. The Uberman sleep schedule consists of 6 intervals  of 20-25 min sleep. It is said that even though you get less sleep than Monophasic sleepers the amount of REM sleep you get is about the same. Monophasic sleepers sleep for about 8 hours but in that period the first six hours is just waste the last two are what really count. This seems like a fun interesting goal and i am willing to commit to the schedule.

The Uberman sleeping schedule has a lot of benefits and that is what i  need now since it is exam time for me and i need to prepare for the torture which is soon to come.
